// Company

A small studio that builds fast — and builds it right.

Allotment Technology is a founder-led UK studio. We make infrastructure for trust — in AI plumbing, in learning, and in the home. We build fast with modern agentic tooling, and hold the result to a real security and data-governance bar: minimum data collected, sensitive data encrypted, infrastructure we run ourselves in the EU. We're not there yet on formal certification, but this is the standard we hold ourselves to and are actively working toward.

// 01 — The thread

Trust, where most software is careless or coercive.

Three products, one idea. Restormel Keys makes the plumbing under AI agents governable and provenance-traced. SOPHIA builds judgement instead of dependence. PLOT keeps the most private numbers a household has on the household's own devices.

Different domains, same refusal: we don't harvest what we don't need, we don't dress up coercion as convenience, and we don't ship things we wouldn't trust ourselves.

That refusal extends to security and data governance. We collect only what we need to run the service, encrypt what matters at rest and in transit, and host on infrastructure we control in the EU. We're working toward the security practices that serious operators and enterprise buyers require — not because a badge looks good, but because it's the right way to build.

// What we believe

The plot we won't sell.

01Trust is infrastructure, not a marketing word.
02Your data is yours. We build so we never hold what we don't need.
03Most software companies sell hype and dark patterns dressed up as "enterprise-grade". We do the actual work instead.
04Fast and secure aren't a trade-off. We move fast, and hold the result to a real bar.
// Who

Adam Boon, founder

Allotment Technology is one person's insistence that you can build fast and build right — modern agentic engineering held to a real security and data-governance bar. That means encrypting what matters, keeping only the data we actually need, running on infrastructure we control in the EU, and working toward the kind of security practices that serious organisations require. Three products, one set of standards, no growth team telling them to cut corners.
